A Fine mountain views, homemade breakfast jams, attentive staff

A Located on a busy road, no air conditioning, small room size

The place was perfect and rooms here were a nice size and well furnished. It had central location close to Rundgemalde. Plus, it was not far from the Old Town, the centre and near the motorway and the main tourist area.

Very nice location, easy walk to the city centre, and also right by the walking routes on the hillsides. Staff extremely frriendly.

On a ffairly busy road, so traffic noise if open windows.

Fine mountain views and warmth

The family hospitality overwhelmed us. The views from our river-facing room were nothing short of amazing, especially at breakfast, where delicious homemade jams awaited us. The staff provided fantastic local insights.

The hotel overlooks the river and if you plan to stay indoors then the view might be a plus point

Location - terrible! There are no city public transport buses that will take you to the hotel. The closest stop for inter-city buses is across the river and approximately a 15 min walk from the hotel. The inter-city buses are not very frequent though and the only time we could use them was when we arrived in Innsbruck at the main train station. Also, no tea/coffee machines in the rooms!

The staff were cute, but the room was a tad smaller than expected. Still, I'd gladly come back next time in Innsbruck!

Friendly staff, convenient location, enjoyed breakfast.

No airconditioning and it was unseasonably warm for Innsbruck. It helped that the hotel is on the river, so it cooled off at night.

Price and location. Updated facilities. Clean.

The bathroom was really small had to move around.

The bathroom sizes are disappointingly cramped, which might just ruin your comfort !!! Poor soundproofing made for an amusing evenings with noise disturbances!!!

Not centrally located. Had to take a cab to Old Town. The room was very small and did not have any curtains. We were on the second floor so there was no chance anyone could see in the room, but the room never got dark.

Location. Good breakfast with wide range of food options. View from bedroom across River Inn to city and mountains.

Enjoyed the amazing river view and charming balcony in the Superior Double Room. Breakfast spread included a good variety of homemade jams. The warm hospitality from Herr Saska and his family. The location, surrounded by nature, allowed for peaceful moments. Cleanliness and comfort levels were high, but the breakfast options could be expanded to cater to various diets. This spot is perfect for those who appreciate tranquility and scenic beauty.

Very quite location, not far from the city center. Hotel staff is very kind and waited for us thought it is after 7pm on saturday. I forgot my camera battery and charger in the room and the hotel helped me to mail them back to my home country, very appreciated!

You need to close the window in summer as there mgiht be some small animals in the room in the night ;-(

The breakfast was simple yet packed with quality, especially those homemade jams. The room was small but comfortable, and the views of the mountains were amazing!
